Recognition and Awards: VPG’s Work Honored Statewide and Beyond

In 2025, Visionary Philanthropy Group’s impact reached new heights of recognition. Founder Nyene Baker was awarded the Russ Berrie Making a Difference Award, one of New Jersey’s most prestigious honors for community service.

VPG was also recognized as a Trenton Hero and Neighborhood Hero, celebrated by the City of Trenton and the Mayor’s Office for advancing opportunity and education.

Membership in the Forbes Nonprofit Council and participation in the StartUp Grind Conference in Silicon Valley further underscored VPG’s growing national reputation for innovation and social impact.
